Here are three habits I've been doing that have been contributing to my healthy lifestyle (or so I think I have one)...
Yoga. One can never have to much of it. I go for hot yoga sessions, as I need that extra intensity to keep my attention. After each work out (and yes hot yoga is definitely a work out), I try and keep up the momentum by doing twenty squats and 100 sit ups. It's not easy, but I feel super healthy after.
Daily walk. Every day I do my best to go for a one hour walk. Even in the winter I do it, it's quite refreshing. After walking for fifteen minutes, I'll get hot under my coat and then I really start loving the walk.
Sleeping. I try and get eight hours of sleep every night. I'm the worst when I don't sleep. I can't function, no one can really without proper sleep. Some people are good with five hours, some with seven, me, I'm an eight to ten hour sleeper. I wake up pretty early naturally now, but I try to get to bed at a reasonable hour, to give me eight hours.
These are just three little habits I've formed that have helped me stay healthy. As time goes on, I'll fold in some more healthy habits that I think I would be able to stick with.
