I Dare You

Welcome to Mid-March 2016. Oddly enough, thinking of how fast time seems to fly, in of itself can make time feel like it's standing still. If you're one of those people who are busy all day long and don't get a minute to yourself until your head hits the pillow at night, then no wonder you think time flies. It's easy to become one of those people too. I sat on a train yesterday for four hours and had to squeeze in time to look out of the window and watch the world go by. I had magazines to read, news to catch up on, a little bit of work to do, add in a few catch up calls and before I knew it, I was home.

I'm of the group of individuals who enjoy a zen moment: watching the clouds drift by, seeing what the birds are up to and admiring the landscape. I'm not just a dreamer, okay well I am, but there's something to be said about us dreamers, we make time to quiet the mind. Do you think you're worth one minute of zen?
I'm daring you to take a full minute of you time. The zen moment in the video below is of the rain forest and it's exactly 60 seconds long. Just one little minute. I do have to warn you, you can't check your phone or anything like that and there's one ad you'll have to x out of in the beginning and then, it's on to free mind time. The full moment isn't over until the music stops by the way. So I dare you, see if you can do it, it's only one minute, literally...

xxooo
happy st. patty's day:o

p.s. did you achieve that with no problem? if so, try three minutes, its a little bit harder.
