It's Good For You

Great morning on this beautiful summer Friday. August is such a strong month. It comes with a powerful astrological sign as well, Leo. Leo's are always on their game, so watch out for those lions, they also love to be admired and can be a bit egotistical, but are loyal and fun to be with. Do you know any Leo's? My pop is a Leo and he's always been the king of our jungle. Speaking of my pop, his birthday is coming up and he's choosing to spend it in Nicaragua as he's there at the moment through next month, he's using his spare time wisely donating his doc skills to help the needy - I'm so proud of him.

It's Friday, woooweee! Time to start to unwind, let go and lose ourselves in summer. This is such a great time of the year, we really need to take advantage of it and enjoy it as much as possible. I'm going to start the wind down with the music from these guys (HEALTH)...
